4. Projects Created by OkoEye Graphic Design with AI
Each project created by OkoEye Graphic Design with AI is unique and individually tailored to the client's requirements and tastes. We guarantee that each project is original and identical to your requirements. However, we reserve the right to use any project for our own promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and OkoEye Graphic Design with AI and supersedes all prior understandings, negotiations, and agreements, whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
